Default 2008 Lexus Es350 engine Issue no Compression Advice Needed!

Hello all. Been a member here for many many years and got help and tips from numerous posts in the past so thought I would post this here as well

Make a long story short I am a small Car Dealer down in miami.
I purchsed a 2008 ES350 in great physical condition from auctions knowing "ENGINE WONT START"
car came to my Mechanic shop and found out by my guy that I would need a new Engine for this car. When you try to Crank it up , there is a long whining noice and he showed me timing chain moves and started trying to fire up the engine . we check the compression and there is super low to no compression in all cylenders and checked the engine oil it have no signs of water due to over heat or anything (Obviously they "could" have just drained all oil/water mixture and filled the engine with Fresh oil possibly).

One guy tells me to replace the motor, another guy says it could be someting simple, and then another Rocket scientist says to rebuilt the head or motor....

Before I do anything I want my fellow Lexus/toyota experts here to give me some tips or advice which way should i go . i am attacking a link to my you tube video to get an idea what it sounds like. any help would be appriciate.

FYI: Place in miami professioanl rebuilders gave me a price of $1800 tobuild the engine(They havent seen my car yet just a price over the phone) with 1 year unlimited miles warranty.
Used engine 1800 chepest I found in miami with 90K Miles on it. both options with cost me total 2500 including my guys installed new motor or removing and reinstalled the existing motor labor charges.

PLease help thank you so much .

I think the timing chain tensioner failed causing the chain to jump, resulting in bent valves and no compression. If the valves damaged the pistons, a used engine swap is most likely the least costly fix.

Agreed with above. You could pull one head and check for piston damage, if none then check the heads for clearance / valve issues and remedy.
