Dear Guys,

Currently I have suffering from tons of these codes in my Lexus ES300 (2001).
I showed couple of Mechanics and they came up with all different suggestions.

One Suggested me: I should replace my Coils and Plugs for ( 2 - 4 - 6) along with Plugs
One Suggested me: I have to change VVT Bank and he told me it cost nearly ($700)
One Suggested me: As it might be the issue with my Coils so VVT (P1354) problem could get clear after that.

Please suggest me as I am having a lot of hesitation while driving once I drive for 10 mins but it goes fine when I am going over 50 to 60 miles but as I drive slow it gives me these kind of issues.

Anyone in CT please help me out. I dont want to spend $350 just to experiment that.

Oil control valve, bank 2.
Cost about $60 and you can do it your self.
That is most likely your problem.
Are you getting a "random/mulitple misfire" code?

No I am not getting any other code related to misfire other than the following ones.

P0300
P0302
P0304
P0306
P1354

P0300 Is the random/multiple misfire code I believe.

All your codes besides the last one point to the oil control valve.

P1354 Pretty much points to your oil control valve.

I doubt it's your coils or plugs.
Without having the car in person and being able to run tests. The only thing anyone over the internet can do is give you advice based on what you say and the codes.
Start with the oil control valve.

what CRWYS said.

Ditto on the OCV. Bank 2 is easy. Usually can be replaced in 15 minutes. Once you get the cover off, all you need is a 10mm socket. If want to clean or replace the OCV filter you will need a 14mm socket.

You'll need Dorman 917-211 Variable Valve Timing Solenoid or as most people call it, the Oil-Control-Valve OCV.

the OCV is about $42 on amazon.

Cheaper at RockAuto but you have to pay shipping. http://www.rockauto.com/en/catalog/l...solenoid,12910

Note: Front Bank in following photo is bank 2

Post a pic of you Fuel Pressure Regulator, a mechanical leak here will cause havoc with miss-fires, there are no sensors there unfortunately.
