Default Grille Chrome?

Has anyone added chrome trim to the front grille? It would be the bottom portion that currently is painted, not chrome. I've seen some options on Ebay (see pic). But its coming from China and I'm worried about durability, poor quality or just plain fading or falling off in a few years. But I like the look of it.

Any other options, not from China?

I think it makes the grille look very LS-like, which IMO is a good thing. If it's pretty cheap, I'd say just go for it.

I like the look too, better than the 2016 grill IMO. Seller has good ratings. I'd do it.

LINK

If it no longer available, search "Lexus front bumper trim" or "Front grill"

i would love to bite on this, and i'm not leery of the seller rather than customs holding it up or fees to bring it in. does anybody have experience in shipping items from china to the u.s.?

I have ordered stuff from eBay sellers in China and they all cleared customs without any problems. It just takes awhile to receive items, but not unreasonable.

Looks good in the photo and the Ebay posting. This piece is stainless and I would wonder how the stainless matches the "bright" trim around the rest of the grille. Stainless and chrome or chromed steel usually do not match.

As far as ordering from China, I've ordered numerous items without a hitch including mud guards for my car.

It's worth a try. Not too expensive for a diy refresh.

And here is one for the trunk:

I ordered both, it looks like it will be about 2 weeks to get.
I am excited about enhancing the look of my car just a little bit, but not too over the top.

Cool, if you live near Stone Mountain, you can show them to me in person if you have time when you put them on.
