Missing vacuum line?
What year is it? How is it running? Is it setting any codes?
Looks like there is an open vacuum port next to the blue electrical connector in your photo. Your comparative photo is from a different angle, so it is hard to compare the two but it does look like there is a hose missing. If that's true, there should be a second port without a hose somewhere else under the hood.
There should be a vacuum diagram sticker under the hood or you could try searching the Club Lexus or the web for a diagram.

It is a 2003. IT runs fine and is not throwing a code yet. I don't think the comparative picture is helpful. There is definetly an open port there, but I can't seem to find a corresponding hose or open outlet. Was hoping someone had the same car and look and tell me. Thanks for the quick reply.
