Default driver turn signal replacement

I just spent a couple of hours trying to figure out how to reach the left front bulb on my es 300, yr 2000 removing battery, air cleaner assembly. Does anyone have any idea how to reach it? Seems like there ought to be an easier way. thank you. your help will be appreciated.

First remove the black plastic shield above the headlights that's held on by those nasty black clips. Then you should see one screw holding in the turn signal housing.

Hopefully that helps you out.

When you undo the screw, the corner light pulls straight out towards the front of the car. Don't pull out towards the side of the car. I can supply pictures if necessary

Thanks again. I'm glad you mentioned about pulling light straight out. I would have tried to pulled it sideways. thank you.
