2009 ES350 Navigation System Question
The previous owner's "stuff" is in the car's system now.
Is it necessary to go to the dealership to have everything erased and/or reset (e.g., phone numbers, POIs, etc.)?
Any guidance is very much appreciated. I'm almost positive the answer is here somewhere and if someone would be so kind to provide the link, I would be grateful!

You're welcome.. I found that link on a post somewhere in here prior and saved it... I think it's a handy link to keep on my mobile phone as you can search both the regular owners manuals for various years as well as the Nav manual.
