Default Fluid replacement

I would like to double check fluid replacement recommendations in my 2008 es 350 services guide. (1) brake fluid - every 3 years (2) power steering fluid - no recommendation (3) coolant - initial at 10 years (4) transmission fluid - unit sealed. Replacement of fluid not required. (5) oil - i use synthetic and change every 5,000 miles due to stop and go driving of less than 5 miles.

Some of these recommendations seem to good to be true. Is this vehicle really made of such miraculus materials or could there be some other reason?

I would appreciate comments that pertain to my year and model and are backed up be lexus (more up to date information) or a lexus mechanic.

i never fallow the recomendations from the factory because by the time i hit 3 years their would have been over 100k put on the car
for me i do specific things at 30k 60k and 90k
Like every 90k ill do a trans fluid service no matter what car i have
every 60k ill do Anti freeze engine coolant no matter what car it is
Break fluid every time i replace the breaks ill have that flush
power steering at 60k
Fuel injection flush cleaning every 30 to 35k
Oil change every 4900 to 5000

some things don't make sence i don't care what toyota says about the trans fluid
get the trans fluid at the very least drained if you don't want a full flush get what can be drained drained and top it back off new fluid never hurt it helps to be piece of mind preventive no one on gods earth can explain to me how toyota expects trans fluid to last the life of the car unless they are saying that the cars only going to last 3 or 4 years lol.

According to my mechanic the transmission is sealed; he even dared me to even find a dipstick for the transmission. Other than the oil changes that I do every 5,000 miles; I follow the owners manual for recommendations based on driving habits. If something turns up in the standard 30,60,90,120,150,180, etc then take care of it when it pops up for the best results. If you take care of your machinery then it will take care of you.
