I am installing an after market backup camera in a 2000 ES 300 and am supposed to wire the red + to the reverse light power wire. I have accessed reverse light and am not sure which color is the negative and which is the positive. There is a green colored wire with a yellow stripe on it and a white wire with a black stripe coming from the bulb harness. I believe the white is the negative and the green is the positive wire. Couldn't find a direct answer or diagram confirming this. Help would be appreciated. I will ground the black wire to another part of the metal in the trunk, obviously. Thanks.
Also don't mean to doubt your ability, but is that the correct bulb? The wiring diagram shows the power to the reverse lights should be a red wire with a black stripe

It definitely is. I had someone put the car in reverse after I had taken the backing off of the light cluster and that is the reverse light. Thanks for the concern though. I went ahead and ran the video cable and placed everything where it needs to be, expect actually splicing the wire and then grounding the other. After that everything should be good to go. Ill take care of that in the morning though.
