This is the 2nd time I encounter this rear brake problem, the brake pad is too thick to fit back into the caliper.
The 1st time I use O'reilly brake best did not fit I end up using only one side of the new pad.
The 2nd time which I buy Akebono pad same issue, right now it's sitting in the garage until I get a table sander machine.
So have anyone encounter the issue I am having and if so what did you do to make it fit.
Thanks! for any feedback.

I know this may seem like a really dumb question, but did you make sure the brake caliper was compressed fully with a C-clamp? You always do that when changing pads as the caliper extends more and more as the pads wear down and it normally doesn't reset to the "zero" point, or fully retracted, therefore it must be compressed back to that.

Yes I compress fully.
I did the front and has no problem at all.
It just the rear one that I'm having issue with, it has about 1/8 to 2/8 sticking out.
