I am interested in the new 2013 Lexus ES 350. When I was building the base model online, I noticed that there are packages that are available to add-on to your car. If I do not want the packages, is it still possible to get a base model with one or two options? The option I want is HID lighting.

Also, does the base model come with the LED daytime running lights?

 

I believe that the HID lights are an option that you can theoretically buy separately. However, I think it is unlikely that you are going to find a base model with only HID headlights. In fact, you are not very likely to find many ES cars without some packages and some other options. It is likely that the only way that you will find an ES the way that you want it is to custom order it, but, if you custom order, any discount that you get is likely to be minimal, and you are likely to pay just as much or more for a minimally equipped custom ordered vehicle as you would for one with more equipment that is already in the dealer's inventory.
