Are these HID housings? im interested in this es. thx.....

no, your car does not have HID housings.

You'll need to retro fit if you want to have HID's without having glare. You can put HID housings in but they will glare quite a bit to on-coming traffic and you run a higher risk of getting caught of running illegal headlights.

HIDs use projectors instead of reflector style headlights in order to reduce the glare. But HIDs can be installed in either type, however projectors are better.

they are h.i.d lights the dealership here has one on sale with those same headlights

Those are HID housings. You can tell because the HID housings have those "rings" around the reflectors.

Sweet! i think i will be hopping on the ride. heres another angle of the headlights and it definitely doesnt look like reflector housings....
PS: The guy is selling it for 7500 and he changed the water pump and timing belt. It has 100K. Should i haggle?

that other guys post was strange. well, hid can come in either form, projector or reflector. projector is better than reflector hid. for es' hid are reflector design, and yes, those are the hid reflectors in that picture.

They are OEM HID reflectors.

hey guys i just got my hid headlights off ebay for my 98... does anyone know where i can get the d2r connectors to hook them up?
