Default Motor mount

On our 96 ES300 I noticed right side motor mount was loose. I looked at it closely and I noticed rubber bushing is all separated and I have to replace it. Is there rubber bushing that I can buy separate or do I have to replace whole motor mount (looks like "I:" rod with rubber mount on each side.

They're sold with the metal piece, fairly inexpensive as well.

The part is A.K.A ROD, ENGINE MOVING CONTROL & the Part No. is 12363-20020 possibly looking to spend roughly $54.19 M.S.R.P for the part

That is true, but the part is very easy to replace and is not a critical safety component. You could find a perfectly good aftermarket piece for even just half the price of OE.

ya, it's cheap to replace. but if you are into performance and stuff, get it made into polyurethane. those will last forever

Got new motor mount installed. Its pretty stiff, almost like polyurethane.
