Ipod adapter
Hey I know i have seen alot of different products out there for the ipod. My local audio store has an Isimple brand adapter 225 installed. Seems like a good deal. What do you think?
Overall I am satisfied. I do NOT have navi.
I paid $200 at Best Buy.
You control your device through the radio when using the dock connector in what is known as input "IPOD". It allows you to scan through playlists, artists, album, genre, etc. and fast forward & rewind from the radio, while you can skip or go back songs and adjust the volume through either the radio or the steering wheel. It also gives you text.
It gives you 2 additional inputs; one through the dock connector (line-level) that ONLY allows you to control the volume and track up & down through the radio and/or steering wheel. No text information. The othe input is 1/8th" similar to that in your middle console; no track or volume control and no line-level input.
