When I picked up my 2011 ES 350 I matched my phone and after several tries transferred my contact list. I replaced my phone because it was damaged. My phone is a Samsung S . I paired the phone with no problem. However, I cannot get my contacts transferred. I have tried many times. I have tried with several other phones still no sucess. Does anyone have a solution for transferring contacts on a 2011 ES350 with NAV?????

When you hit "contacts" on the car, if the car says "please operate from phone" you have to push them from the phone while the car is looking. If not the phone should pop up with a PBAP access notification at the top of the screen (it's an Android right?). Look at the link, put in your car and which model of phone. It will give you instructions on how to pair and transfer contacts.
