Overall not very impressed with the Q/A team on inspecting these vehicle before they leave the factory. Found many faint scratches on plastic components of the car from the AC vents to a small scratch near the cupholder. The leather also looked beat up slighlty, I had the black leather with the perforated holes. Overall not big deal for me to have the dealship try to replace these components, but for those of us who are particuliar about small issues likes these, do double check all the hard plastic areas that are prone to scratches like the door area, dash area, and so forth.
I'm really surprised about the scratches on your vehicle. I thought that the car was checked out top to bottom by a white-gloved (literally) inspector before leaving the factory. I can honestly say that my car was flawless when delivered, and I'm pretty particular as well. Any chance your car was used as a test drive vehicle or demo before you took delivery?

No my car was preferenced ordered delivered to dealer Saturday evening and inspected and cleaned for Monday delivery. I think the black leather option makes the marks more noticeable vs. other colors
I have set up a few eFolders on my RX and would like to transfer them to the ESh when I take delivery. I don't know if I keep the same Enform account or it goes away with the RX and I create a new one. I'm going to give Lexus a call for the answers.
I would think that if you call Enform they could work with you on that.
They seem pretty customer oriented.
As long as the software will alow them to do it...
I've decided to trade my 3 month old RX450h for an ES300h. Long story short, I could not get used to the harsh, bouncy ride (my descriptions, not everyone agrees) after owning several LS and ES models.
I'm looking forward to learning more about my ESh through you guys and maybe in time, I can start contributing my 2 cents to the discussions.
Hi Mike,
I also Traded my 10 month old 2012 RX350 for a 2013 ES300h. I din't like the ride for one thing.
I only have about 300 miles on my 2013 ES300h, But it is much quiter and rides softer than the RX350. Love it so far !
