Very nice! Congrats on the 200k+ miles and the GS. I love that gen of the GS... that will likely wind up being my next car in a few years (hopefully in 400 form). My '00 ES only has 106k miles, but I'll be racking up the miles fairly quickly. I'd love to see it roll 200k miles, but I'm starting with an already 13 year old car... so we'll see.

After ignoring my es300 for a while, i finally realized i chewed through a set of rear brake pads (organic, unfortunately the only set i could get at the time before i left for out of town) in less then a year. So i decided on some akebono ceramic pads, paid $42 bucks from rock auto. Also got a new cabin filter, air filter, and replaced the fog lights that had burnt out a few months ago and that i had been putting off for so long. Also just replaced the high beam bulbs in my gs and es with nokya 2500k bulbs. Seem to light things up much more so then the original 11 year old bulbs.

I'm pretty sure they have one in Rochester but for 18 bucks a month the delta sonic car washes are worth it

You might be able to get away with it. Try it and see if it gives you any vibration. If it does, you will need to machine the rotors.

I would not re-surface the rear rotors, they are already very thin as is plus they are not vented. Not a good idea! Replace the rear rotors if need be.

I just bought brembo rear rotors for 70 bucks a piece. So 42 dollar ceramic pads and 140 in rotors. Friend thinks i am an idiot for putting these nice of parts on a car i never drive with 220k miles, but i figured why not haha.

Car got hit by someone who came speeding backwards out of their driveway, hen said "how do I know that dent wasn't there before" I was furious. Insurance is coveriń it for 1900 I'm sort of surprised try didn't total it. Good thing they are fixing te rust that was already there and painting the bumper which was fading. Car is sitting in a friends garage to be fixed until I get back from the Philippines

Hard to see the dent from that angle. Is the taillight sticking out of the panel?

Well after a minor feder bender it has been decided to trade in the es300, within the upcoming month most likely after 14 years and 235k miles. The cars replacement will be for my brother and been looking at 2002-2006/7 4runners. I have driven a 1999 pretty extensively so I know how the 2002 should drive but does anyone have any experience with te newer ones? We are looking a a 2004 black sport edition with the v8 later today.

I would remove some of those pictures and upload a few better ones. There is no need to show what the car looked like, it's only detracting from potential offers. State the current condition and what needs work. (if anything).

About the photos, I recommend taking new pictures of all four sides and a few of the interior. Take them at sunset, so the contrast between light and shadows isn't as harsh.
