Default Light Issues

I have a 1992 Lexus ES300 and the visor light has gone out. I know it's a 12v 3w bulb but I can't find anyone who sells it. (online or store) If anyone knows where I can get it that would be awesome. Also my instrument panel lights are starting to become dim. Is they're any way to replace them? If you know could you explain this to me? I appreciate the help. Thanks!!

check this thread....I did the job on my old es about a year ago...you will need patience and a little skill but Im sure you can do it....regarding your bulb I would say..pull it off and take it to your local auto parts store to match it up...I did a little research and here's a link below I do not know if that's the bulb you are looking for but here you go.

first the thread that is going to help you with your needles and dim lights
