Question Problem with window seal

Ok, now I'm sure plenty of other people have had this problem with the early ES series. Frameless windows look beast, but they sacrifice a little bit of function in the name of aesthetics. Anyway, the seal around the windows on my front doors isn't 100%. I don't have any water leakage, but when I reach speeds of about 40mph or higher, I get this loud blowing/whistling noise from the windows and it's pretty irritating. Does anyone know what would be the best solution for this problem? Do I need to get my windows adjusted? Do I need new rubber seals? Help me out here guys.

What is the condition of the seals? The seal is about $140 per side so not the cheapest part around. The glass is adjustable to an extent.

Try silicone lube first to clean and condition the weather seal.

The seal is barely broken. You can't even see it unless you look close, but the whistling must stop. I think I'll try the silicone lube, and how do I adjust the windows?

The 1997 ES had a TSB to address a whistling noise, it involved using foam tape. I don't have the TSB list for your car so not sure if there was a similar TSB. To adjust the glass you have to take the door panel off, AFAIK the only adjustment possible is the tilt, and you can adjust the stops which prevent the window from going up too high. Someone that has working on your particular car might know more.
