Default Codes, codes and more codes

Hey Guys,

New to the forum. Found it last night and really learned a lot of valuable information. I know similar questions to mine have been posted but I didn't find any answers to my specific issue.

What I hoped would be a simple O2 sensor swap turned far worse for me yesterday. Of course the CEL and the Trac Off light are both lit. Also lit is the EBrake light. My cluster looks like a Christmas tree more depressing than Charlie Brown's. When I hooked up the scanner 9 codes were waiting there for me. This little bit of news just capped off "one of those Mondays."

I am hoping someone could suggest where is the best place to start to fix my rig. My car is a 2000 Lexus ES300. When the lights first came on I was idling sporadically at stoplights from 500-1200 RPM. I was heading to hook up the computer and then I started to get a bit more worried. When I reach about 42-45 mile an hour it feels like the tranny shifts down and the gas pedal is non-responsive for almost a full second after I hit the accelerator.

Here are the 9 codes:
P0300 - Random Misfire / P0302 Cyl 2 / P0304 Cyl4 / P0305 Cyl 5 / PO306 Cyl 6 / P0330 Knock Sensor 2 Bank 2 / P1130 A/F Ratio Sensor / P1135 A/F Ratio Heater Circuit Malfunction / P1354 VVT System Fault /

Could it be as simple as the timing belt and/or a coil pack? Could it possibly be a cam or crank sensor? I would really like to tackle this one in my garage, so any input you guys may have would be very much appreciated. I realize I may have to use a better computer to diagnose. I just stopped at the closest O'Reilly's just to get an idea of what I was up against. Thanks in advance!

I should also mention the computer showed 15 codes but it read the A/F Ratio Sensor and Heater Circuit Malfunction twice as well as the Cyls 2, 4, and 6 twice.
