ECM Replacement
I have a 1993 ES300. I need to replace the ECM. How do I remove the glovebox to get at the module?

take off the carpet trim underneath the glove box and find two bolts each side and unbolt those. take your time and just wiggle around, you should be able to feel where it is holding down.

Rick,
To remove the glove compartment door:
1) Disconnect the damper ring from the door check arm.
2) Remove the three nuts.
3) Remove the door.
To remove the glove compartment:
1) Remove the screw.
2) Remove the lower panel by pulling.
