What's up guys I have a problem I think all of you can relate to. Whenever I have a drink in my cupholder, the cup moves around everytime I hit a bump and spills everywhere. Does anyone have a good way to stabilize my cupholder and solve this annoying problem?

 

dont know if there is an aftermarket cup holder>?

 

I was hoping there was but maybe a modification?

 

Which ES do you have?

I have a 2000 es and I don't have that issue... but maybe you could attach some thin foam to the inside so that it applies pressure to the cup and holds it in place. Just a tought

 

^I like his idea. Or you could attach a large pipe-shaped object to the top of the cupholder, to act as a "fence" around the cup. Sounds stupid but it's an idea.

 

Just don't get the big gulps!

There is no cup holders in our ES, no cup holders no spills, no garbage left behind, hold your own cup and make sure you take it with you when you exit the car.

 

@MyEs300Yea There are definitely cupholders in our cars... not quite sure what makes you think that?

 

The 2nd gen doesn't have cup holders

 

LOL well yeah there is 2 actually but they mysteriously disappear

 

The 2nd Gen actually does have cupholders.

 

Yea the cup holders are less than perfect... I have to hold on to my drink when I take turns.... bottles with caps on them are awesome.
