I have a 1993 es300 that I am restoring. The last time I have my engine worked on, the mechanic stole my emblem that was on the manifold. He said it must have fallen off... anyone know where I can get another one? I've tried junk yards. Thanks Sal

 

You can get Lexus emblems on ebay or lextasy.

 

Lextasy makes black chrome ones^_^

 

The 2005 Black Diamond Edition had a black chrome one I guess (if am not wrong) and it looked sexy

 

Thank you all for your responses.... I do have the gold "Lexus" and the gold "ES300" coming from ebay, which I was thrilled to find! But, just so everyone understands what I am referring to, this was an emblem that was located under the hood... my motor was beautiful... clean, shiny with that polished Lexus emblem... and it got ripped off! I can't believe how some people feel that they are entitled to slowly "strip" someone's vehicle.. it's amazing. Well, I want it back... I want to clean up my engine again and sport the emblem that is once had! Do you think Lextasy would have that and does anyone know what they would call it? Sorry if I sound desparate, but sometimes when someone screws you in life, you just want to do what it takes to make it right again... you know?

Did you try your local Junk-Yards? that will be your best bet for an engine cover and it will have the emblem, see.

Thanks for your reply... Yes I did check out just one junkyard... will check out some others as well. The one I did find, however, the emblem was taken off of that one too!

My next question: My radio know came loose and fell off... do I have to get a new radio and does it have to be Lexus? If I install any new radio, do you know if I can replace the Lexus dash cover over it? I went to Lexus and they want $600 to replace with a refurbished radio and $150 more just to install it!

If you are going to replace it with a single Din radio then you need this kit.
93 es single din radio kit

But if you will install a double din then you need this one.
93 es double din kit

 

Just have someone measure the emblem for you, and search for one that size. Shouldn't be too difficult.
