Default Upgrading navigation on 2007 ES

Like many others, I find the navigation system on the Lexus very frustrating, and I wonder if there are improvements in the upgrades, other than just new mapping. I cannot find anything that indicates whether or not I would still have to push "I Agree" every time I turn the car on or put it in reverse. If anyone has upgraded, can you tell me if there is any improvement? Thanks.

I think it started with version 7.1 - that's what I have in my 2008 and I don't have to press the "I Agree" button anymore (there are no buttons to press during startup).

Previous car was a 2007 ES with 6.1 and I had to press it everytime.

Just letting you know since you might be able to find a better price on an older version.
