Default Driver window failure

Driving down a bumpy road, hear a rattle like something falling into the door. Window goes down a few inches and stops. I roll the window back up and later tear it apart to see whats going on.

Looks like a white, round device with a rod coming out of it has broken. My buddy calls it an actuator. Is this the window motor? It is located in the top center of the door closer to the door hinge. Here are two pictures of it:

What is this?

That's the window regulator, you need a new one.

I just replaced mine on my 95 camry v6. Easy. Do a Google video search for a video on how to replace it. It shows everything you need to know. I'm guessing it will be the same on ES300. Your picture looks just like the one I replaced.
