Blank screen on NAV after loading latest MAP DVD

Blank screen on NAV after loading latest MAP DVD
I installed 2010 map DVD on my 2007 ES 350 and after the loading was complete it went blank. Now none of the map buttons on the side works. I can't even get the DVD to eject. Has anyone has this situation. I want to get this DVD out so I can put my previous map dvd back. Any assistance is appreciated.
