I'm getting old maybe forgot. There is a red blinking light in the central dash area next to photo of key. I know when the alarm system is armed the blinking light stays fully lit for~ 30 seconds and the light starts to blink again. The owners manual says after you take key from ignition the light blinks to show electronic lock on ignition. My question if you do NOT lock the car does this light continue to blink when key is removed and you leave car unlocked and for example leave it in the garage ? Car is 2003 es300.
