The leather part is worn, but not the wood part, i wonder if it can be dissemble because i'm handy enought to replace the leather with new one.

The leather is usually pretty hard wearing. I wouldn't worry about it. If it bothers you, it is possible to buy a wood and chrome **** with no leather. That's the ls600 ****. But it is 300 dollars. If you get in reddish brown it will match the ES perfectly.

Actually after 2-3 years of my ES350, the **** is kinda worn off too. I didn't scrape it or anything but if you have the habit of driving the car with one hand on the steering wheel and the other on the shift ****, for a long period of time.. it will wear and tear eventually and it looks mad ugly (the leather part).
For you guys worried about wearing out the leather shift ****, buy this. It should match the ES350 trim unless you have gray wood in which case they have one for that too.
