AFS Off Light just appeared on dash. However, manual shows a switch that you can AFS turn on/off that is not in the car? Is this a malfunction and needs to be fixed by dealer?

 

Did you accidently hit the switch in the first place to trigger the light on the dash?

 

You probably just need to look harder for the switch. The picture in the owner's manual is misleading - it is really under the dash next to the TPMS reset switch. You will have to be on your knees with your head under the dash.
