Angry ES300 Starting problems

I have a 1994 ES300 that I recently change the ti-rods on, since then whenever I start the car and put in drive it does not move, I have to wait 10-20 minutes before it engages then I can move. Any suggestions as to what the problem is?

Changing the tie rods has no correlation to the problem you are experiencing other then possibly you knocked something loose. I would look very closely in the areas you were working in.

this thread is so misnamed its not even funny.

first, properly check the transmission fluid level and condition. there's a procedure for that [not the same as motor oil].

if low, add, and find source of leak and repair.

if not low, you may have to go to 2 or more transmission specialists to get an estimate.
