Adjust my 05' ES330 headlights

ARGHHHHH! What am i not doing right? I jsut bought this thing and cannot figure out how to adjust the vertical aim on my headlights. They are aimed very low and I do not dare drive at night anymore. Please help!

Are your lights Halogen, or HID?

theres an adjustment behind the headlight housing. i think its either a 10mm or a phillips, i don't remember.
