Default tested some rims

I want some opinions on these rims on how they look. My friend are selling these rims and i want to try them on before he sold it. These rims are Work Exxe, fronts are 19x8.5 +37, rears are 19x10 +44. I know the rears are way too big and dont fit, i had to use a 25mm spacer just to make clear the struts. But it was still sticking about an inch out the fender. Im not gonna buy these because i dont like the fitment on the rears, but i would just buy the fronts.
Fronts...v

Rears...v

Lmk what you guys think of it. Good and bad opinions are welcome, just dont be to harsh if you gonna say something bad. Oh yea its sitting right on the tires!

Fronts do fit well, but If you were to keep the back I'd get that fender pulled if I were you. All in all the rims don't look that bad. And your car doesn't look like a monster truck with em. If you decide to keep em they might grow on you, definitely worth considering to keep!

But then fitment like this is typical of the VIP scene and I see you're "VIP-NOT" so I'm guessing you automatically give this fitment and appearance a

At a recent local event we had several cars matching or exceeding the fitment above. This Z's fitment was insane,

Are the ES pics above THAT different? I'm truly asking for you guys' interpretations/opinions here.

In terms of style, I think they're quite clean. In the wheels thread we've cemented pretty nicely how clean 5-spoke wheels fit with the "Elegant Simplicity" styling of the ES, and these are clean with a nice lip. I don't know that they're "timeless" as wheel fads and trends come and go, but they're pretty right now.

I would definately rock them. What suspension are you on? If it was up to me, I'd just get Tanabe springs for the rear (only 1" drop), roll the fender and sport them. My rears are similar with 8.5".

I kinda like the style of the rims, but i kinda want the rears to tuck in the fender.

Question

Just some thoughts...

How does it drive with the wheels and tires on right now? Did you just test for fitment and remove them, or have you actually gotten to drive around a bit like that?

Wow. This one is fun. That new picture you took...man. That's an ad shot from HellaFlush. *lol* As long as VIP style is en vogue, you will be THE MAN! *lol*

If only the sidewall and rim were protruding from the fender boundary, I'm betting you might be more of a fan of the fitment. There's a tiny bit of tread there, which might be making it look like it's out too far and turning you off?

If you have plans to go with an aftermarket suspension or a camber correction kit, you'll be able to dial in some negative camber and the tread will disappear and you'll get some of the tuck that you desire.

I personally would go for it. I'd shave and pull the fenders like crazy and get some negative camber. But then again I'm really into aggressive fitments. I think they would look real good but it just depends on how much work you want to put into making them fit. Fender work would be a must for it to be driveable but the end result would be insane. People look at my fitment and I think I rub all the time but I dont at all.

I know a few people who are really into VIP and their mentality is order the wheels with the size, width and offset you want and make them fit. lol.

Fitment on my ES a year or so ago and the new ride fitment. You can do it

AMAZING!!!

They are:
1. Goreous rims
2. Awesome fitment

Seriously, just pull the rear fenders a little bit and you are gold. To be honest it does look like something that SHOULD be featured/posted on hellaflush!

I didnt get to drive it because the rears was touching the struts so it wasent mounted properly. So I only got to test fit it on. Where can i get a camber correction kit for an ES from? I couldnt find any 1 that makes them.

I thought about shaving the fender, but i dont want to weaken the structure of it, so Im gonna just roll it flat instead. Im also gonna pull the fender, but just a little. I dont want the super flared out look.
