I ordered 2 remotes for my 97 ES300 on 04/28/2009.
NOTHING IN THE MAIL AT THIS TIME!
I bought this car for my daughters graduation gift. She graduates end of this month and I want her to have the remotes when I give her the car.
DO YOU THINK I GOT RIPPED OFF????
Their customer service # is 928-301-4405
No one ever answers when I call.
I sent an email earlier today and so far NO RESPONSE.
I think tomorrow I will cancel with my credit card and try someone else.
ANY SUGGESTIONS???

Well, I'd like to report a better story - these people really worked with me when I got the wrong key and transponder in my order. They hunted until they found the correct transponder for my car and got it to me. Great to do business with. PS: make sure you get your PN for the key from the dealer using your VIN before you order - it will eliminate any possibility of a wrong part.

Check out rip off report.com I think the answer is yes like I did,it took 4 weeks to get the broken piece of crap they sent me.for $75.00 If you look at the site above you'll see what I mean.Good luck
