My mom just called telling me some young girl tried to overtake her and HIT my car in the process. I don't know how bad the damage is but heard the girl has no insurance and say's the scratch will buff out. This car has been in two accidents, neither of which mine or my moms fault and it is really starting to bug me, insurance or not, this girl paying for a repaint. Sorry for the rant, had to

 

I hope your mom didn't let her get away with it on the Cops side. Driving without insurance is a bad offense, imo... So many people get away with it with promises they'll pay and you end up chasing your tail in the end...I'm sorry to hear about the incident...

My dad left work to meet up with her, she already called the police and the two cops that showed up were close friends of my dad's, i think this will turn out ok. I am just mad that i put so much care into trying to take care of the paint all for nothing you know what i mean? and yes my mom is ok

 

Ok, well my mom just got back and it turns out the girl tried to ignore my mom at first, it wasn't until my mom pulled up next to her did she stop, her excuse was she was late for work....WTF!!! Once pulled over, the girl couldn't "find" her insurance card and said she didn't have insurance, it wasn't until we threatened to call the police did she suddenly find it, AND she was related to a patient of my dad for many years, so instead of my dad yelling at her, her dad did it for him. Once everything was said and done, we are not brining insurance to this and they will pay in cash for repairs as well as for the gas cap panel thing since it is rusty. Still, i'm pissed at that girl mainly because she tried to run in her stupid yellow chevy cobalt

Ya, still my mom said the girl was tailgting her for like 3 miles before doing her makeup, taking on the phone, and all that stuff the whole time. Mmom said she had a bad feeling and look what happened, i hate people that do that stuff when driving, specially the mom's who do it driving their huge denali's escalades ect.
