Please Help!!!
Happy Holidays everybody! I've been away the past few weeks and my battery's dead!
I have keyless entry but is there any way I can get the doors unlocked and the hood open to jump start it myself instead of having to call roadside???
Also, I travel a lot for extended periods of time. Is it normal for the battery to go dead like this? Is there something I can do to keep it from happening??

Yep, There's a slot under the stationary part of the door handle. Put your key in there to open the door. It's all explained in the Owner's Manual.
How long is a few weeks? There's a lot going on in memory in the car while it sits. You could always leave it on a trickle charger while you're gone. The type that wont overcharge.

Might want to read your owners manual. There is a ton of good information in there in addition to the door key that is included in your key fob. Did your dealer not at least fill you in on this tid bit of info?
But to your question about the battery, no it's not normal. The battery should last for many weeks...if not months. At least to open the doors!
