'93 Blinker problem
I got a problem with my front right blinker, it doesnt blink. Instead the tail blinker and the dash indicator blink @ 2x speed. I thought the bulb was toast but it still lights up with the regular operation (when I turn on the headlights).
About two days earlier I opened up (baked) the headlight for cleaning and sealed it good, the blinker was all good. But today when I was cleaning my car I saw that it was jacked up. The last thing I did before I noticed the whack blinker was I clicked the blinker lever to the right (accidentally tapped it while cleaning the steering wheel column), then as I was about done turned the car on and noticed that the blinker was on. So I turned it off and clicked it back to the right and thats when I noticed it was operating twice as fast.
Any ideas
since the bulb itself lights up on normal operation perhaps its a switch or fuse?

btw I took out the amber and chrome inserts looks pretty good with that raw look.
Remove the right front bulb holder from the headlight assembly. Clean the perimeter of the bulb holder where it contacts the car body. There should be three small bumps where the contact is made. These must be clear of corrosion.
There are numerous threads on this problem. It is a very common problem with the mid-90's ES models. The connection mentioned above is not sealed and is prone to corrosion.
