Default Memory Seat Question

I have a 2000 ES 300 and i'm not sure how to use the memory seats. I bought it without a manual so I really have no explanation on how to use it. I tried searching but nothing useful came up. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Cool

While we wait on someone with your generation car to chime in with direct instructions, I can offer this:
Lexus.com has the owner's manuals online for owners. Register your car there, check the online manual, and request a free manual while you're there.

SETTING:
1. Ignition ON. Gear selector in P.

2. Set seat and outside rear view mirror position. Seats will not change position with brake pedal pushed.

3. While pushing "SET" button, push button 1 or 2 until signal beeps.

USING:

1. Press desired button 1 or 2 within 30 seconds of opening driver's door and with key out of ignition.

Happy to help. This forum has been a great resource for me when needed.

As an aside, as I read other's questions here I am amazed at the number of cars that get separated from their owner's manual. Seems easy enough to keep it in the glove box.
