Default Window Fogging Problems

First off, I have a 1995 ES300 with 95k. The side windows in my car (front and bacK) keep fogging and I am not sure how to correct the problem or how to prevent this from happening. I am wondering if it has something to do with the insulation in the window siding? I really don't know. I am wondering if any of you guys could give me some advice.

This happens when I have my heat on and also when I have it off too.

The front windshield and the back windows don't seem to have any problem when I have the defogger/defroster on.

Thanks

Check to see if your model has a cabin air filter. If it does, replace it. Also use the fresh air setting and avoid using recirculation mode unless the a/c is on. Or get some Rain-X anti-fog which I highly recommend.

yes, all 2nd gen es's (92-96) had an in cabin air filter as optional. If not, then there is an empty space where the cartridge would go. Your windows would obviously fog if its very humid outside or if its raining...so turn on the A/C.
You should consider adding/replacing your cabin filter because if you haven't checked back there, you know there is A LOT of dirt/dust back there....thats where all the moldy/musty smell comes from. Do a search on CL and you'll find a thread on how to clean this up and put in a cabin filter.

wipes or bottle it doesn't matter. The bottle is black as opposed to the original rain x that's in a yellow bottle (exterior windows)

I've used both and IMHO it does little to nothing to prevent fogging, and always leaves streaking due to excess application wipes or the solution on a rag. I have to have a few paper towels as well to buff it out or it'll be a mess.
I followed the directions exactly?

I use the stuff in the bottle, and I finish by cleaning the glass with Stoners glass cleaner and newspaper. No streaks and it wont remove the rain-x.
