Default need help? squeakings

ok well first thing is when i first start up my car and its below 45 degrees outside and my engine is JUST started if i turn the wheel it will squeal like the timing belt or something? idk but when its warmed up for about 2 minutes it wont do that when the temp guage goes up a lil bit to the first mark? is this common or is my timing belt going bad or what?

and another thing i want to keep my engine in nice shape i used castrol engine oil and im doing another oil change and its been 3600 miles so i have to do it soon so what oil should i do it with? 5 quarts of what? castrol good enough? or should i get like mobil 1 synthetic or what? whats synthetic really anyways? i know its better but how much and stuff? please give opinions i like to learn about cars but just starting to learn thank you
