I was wondering if wheels from a 06 IS250 will fit my 97 ES 300?
The wheels have the same bolt pattern, but different offset 45mm, and are 17"x8" wide. If so, will 225/45/17 fit without any rubbing issues? Please advise.

Those will fit fine.
My Moda R6's are 17x8 with a +35mm offset (10mm further out) and I want to say my tires are 245/45/17's. The only problem i have is at full rear compression, my tires barely rub the inside of the rear fender, which shouldn't be a problem for you at all. Post pics after you get them on there.

The Is250 rims fit fine Is350 rims are a pita to do but not impossible. You should go on 1010tires.com to figure out what size tire to do cuz I'm almost positive you would want to go with 225/50/17's so your speedo is more accurate.
