Exclamation Will these fit my RWD is250?

Hi guys I found a great deal on some authentic rays GT-7 wheels. Here are the specs:
18x9 all around +30 offset
215/35/18 front
235/40/18 rears

Will these have any rubbing issues? Car is stock height and no fender modifications. Its urgent, I'm posting for a friend.

Wheels will fit but the front tires are not the right size, I think they should be 225-40-18
Your overall diameter is 75.1" while it should be 78.8"

Yes, it's going to fit.

its not the "proper" tire to rim size but nobody cares anymore. Everybody stretches tires.
