Post Over heating

Yeah I noticed in the recent days my car is showing the signs of overheating. The heat gadge is slowly going up but since it is winter here in D.C./Maryland its not to bad now, I just worry about the summer. I replaced the thermostat in my car and also replaced and flushed the coolent system. this worked for about 4 or 5 months but the problem has returned. Any sugestions? It's a 1993 ES300.

Is it the original rad? If it is, could be the fact it's eleven years old & the rad core is failing and in need of being replaced.
