A freind of mine installed an after market deck on his 94 es and a few day's later all of his turn signals and hazards will not work and the bulbs appear to be good !
I had a 93 es with a aftermarket deck and subs with a amp and did not encounter that problem! Any ideas on what could of happend I no longer have mine to compair it too ?

fuses looked good as did the bulbs, possibly the relay?

** there is a little feedback comming through the head unit, could that be that it needs a better ground, and is it possibly related?

 

Check the flasher?

i have 98 n i installed indash n other stuff n next day the turning n hazard singals stopped working but next day it worked again. and few weeks later it happen again but it works fine now

 

I just installed a new HU in my 95es, same problem, no flashers, lights etc. I had noise filters installed, so finally as a last resort, i took them out and reground the HU, i also changed all the stereo/and light fuses, they looked good, but everything was back to working condition after i did this. Hope this helps.
