Default Tail lights

Will 95-96 es tail lights fit on a 93 because first off, the es300 embedded in the tail light is always faded and second i tried to clear corner the driver side and broke the outside clear lens... so its shot...

i was going to buy some from ebay but want to make sure that they will fit first... think it would be a great improvement

It will fit. Direct bolt on. However you will have one set of extra brake lights on the harness...with no where to put into the housing b/c 95-6 lights only have the one strip on the bottom for brake lights.
if you take out the bulb, then you will get the broken tail light thing, but you can always just remove that from your dash light.
otherwise...you could just let it hang there?

And you have to remove your trunk lock mechanism because the 95-96 tails are shorter width-wise, I think.

Any pros, step in and correct me if I'm wrong.

correct. for the 95-96 tails the keyhole is about 1" to the right, so no trunk access via the key if you do the swap. otherwise they will fit fine.

just keep checking eBay everyday, good deals show up all the time.

I'm not sure who it is, but a few guys here have been preaching something like Car-parts.com; I haven't tried it but I have heard it is good.

^YES I am the "some guy" that started to preach car-part.com. My Fathers dealership uses it all the time to find body parts and such. It is the "Saviour" of car-parts. All praise car-part.com LOL
