Mabye its just my car(but pretty sure its not!) but the little guage needles are like a disco show in my dash! I tried to move the one off my temp guage to my gas guage, because that one lit up just fine, and now my gas guage doesn't work. It just stays all the way up past F. I am currently trying to locate a whole new panel because half the light bulbs don't work and the replacement ones I bought don't fit right. I'm starting to loose my cool, cought myself a couple of times about to smash the whole thing, buttt.... Anyway its a 93, someone please help me!!

 

All the gauges on the earlier year Lexuses, between 92-95, have had the same electrical probalems. The gauges fade in and out, or go out completely. I have had this on both my 93' and 94' ES. And I overheard someone at the dealer saying that their 93' LS400 was also having the same problem. THe only way I know to solve this problem is to take it to the dealer. It will cost around $500, depending on what is burned out. But they can fix it. Sorry I can't help more. Mine are doing the same.

 

Well I found some new needles, copped them for about $250, and now my guages are going haywire.. So for future reference, dont try this at home!!
