Ha Haz i had the same code. it ended up being the rear O2 sensor. (Fun) There are no vacuum leaks right? Ignition timing is good? The FSM will tell you the procedure. Jump the TE1 and E1 terminals like youre checking codes. Check the voltage between VF1 (for left bank) or VF2 (for right bank) and E1. With the engine up to temp, rev it up to 2500 and check to see if the guage fluctuates up and down while holding that rpm. If it dosent, the sensor went to O2 sensor heaven.

Well normally those codes take 2 trips for the pcm to set the code. The first time it just "notices" it. The flow chart for that code starts on page EG-376 of the fsm. Is 25 the only code youre getting? Are you familiar w/ diagnostic mode 2? Its really a bummer youre having isuues with your car.

Im just curious did you swap the exhaust maifolds to your new eng? You might be waiting a while for the light to come on cuz on mine the light only came on few a minutes like twice a week. I have no idea why though i mean i checked the o2's and the left bank one was dead....

If your car is calif emissions you also have a 3rd o2 sensor after the cat
