The other day I blew a heater hose... and it started the cycle of overheating again... so no more bandaids... off came the heads for surfacing and check for cracks... quite the job I might add... to bad I didnt do it when i had the intake off the first time... This car is killin me...

 

I must say, after reading all of your posts you really love your car.....
Ill keep my fingers crossed for ya though

 

If the heads are off... Port'em.

 

I'm on a time schedule as I had to borrow mom's loaner car... I'll be lucky just to hear the heads aren't cracked

 

Well it just keeps getting better... I found some pitting on the block under the head gasket... already paid to have the heads surfaced and now I probably need a engine... anybody out there have a 3VZFE lower end they dont want?
