Default Brake TooL QuestioN

I have a 1998 Lexus ES 300 and I'm trying to change the rear pads and rotors. The problem is I can take one of the bolts out but the other one seems to need some sort of special tool to remove it. Anyone know what the tool is? It looks like it sits on top of the brake. Thanks in advance.
