Default electronic modulated suspension

i'm surprised there weren't any threads already about this in this sub-forum...

did all cars come with this? i was under the impression that all es300's did...

we have a '97 es300; and the thing rides like a marshmallow on wheels... i'd like to adjust the "electronic modulated supsension" if i could. my owners manual tells me how to do that... but not whether or not i have the option. i haven't found the switch anywhere in the car yet, so i'm presuming no.

any way to find out what models, or what trims came with it?

thanks!

Cool

very, very few of them. Rip that bull**** out & put some kyb gr2's in there. or tokio's if you're gunna drop it with some stiffer springs.

It's notl ike Toyota's AVS doesn't work. It's just that Toyota isn't Porsche, or BMW... It doesn't make *that* big a differance LoL!

For what came with it. You can get the 1990-2007 ES 300 sales statistics/information/options on lexus. they call the arts.

look through them from say 1997+ It's AVS.

do i just call lexus north america? or is there a website?

...and yeah, i figured i'd have to go with new shocks, maybe springs.

i dont plan to drop the car... as you said... it's not like it's a bmw. but, i may still throw on some koni adjustables.... maybe some h&r springs if i feel like going crazy.

i'm not familiar with kyb's...
