Unhappy electrical schemetrical...

Awesome board! I was a virgin until today, and I have to say that the quality of this board is exceptional!

K...my first post, and biggest problem....I have a '93 Lexus ES300, and there seems to be a short somewhere in the system. So, I disconnected the pos(+) cable, inserted a test light, and started yanking fuses. Come to find out there is a short in "ECU B" (as stated in the manual). Before I yanked the fuse, there was a bunch of popping noises from the speakers when the radio was off either with the car running, or with the car completely off. But, just disconnecting the fuse hasn't seemed to solve much, because there is still a drain on my battery. It takes, now, 24hrs for it to be drained instead of the original 12...

So far, my solution has been to disconnect the battery if I will be away from the car for a while...

Any suggestions? Comments? Tips? Previous experience with this make and model doing the same thing??

Thanx!

-mike
