Default Tire Size Question

Im going to be getting 18" chrome rims (either 18x7.5 or 18x8 not sure yet) for my 94' es300, is the tire size i need to use 225/40/18 or 235/40/18, i found some really nice f****n tires but these are the only 2 sizes id be able to put for 18's on my car, heres the link to the site:
http://www.nittoinvo.com/ then go to tire sizes at top right, they are "z" rated tires and are supposed to handle extremely well in wet weather, but also have really good wear and have very low road noise.

if you go with 18s I suggest the 225s. 235s are slightly wider which may be condusive to the wider rim but many of us have experienced rubbing issues with the wider tires...

either way i would go with the 225. If you choose the 235 on a 8 inch wide wheel you may rub.
